Company Mission
Sam White & Sons Inc. is a family run and operated
business located throughout eastern Massachusetts. We
specialize in the recycle and synthesis of organic
waste, into rich blends of loam, compost, and mulches.
We hold high standards by importing raw bark from
northern New England and Canada, and integrating
regional materials into our finished product. Our bark
mulches are carefully ground, blended, and aged to
ensure the highest quality to our customers. Their
natural content will benefit your planting beds and
organically enhance your soils. The various shades and
textures of our mulches will help define the picturesque
setting of your gardens and landscape.
Our loam comes from the eastern region of Massachusetts.
First it is screened and then amended with compost to
improve the organic content and its water holding
capacity. The result is high quality topsoil with
excellent physical and chemical properties. Top dress is
another type of loam blended with compost and sand to
get a neutral PH level. This blend is used for lawn
restoration and overseeding.
Our organic compost is produced from a mixture of
locally recycled leaves, grasses, and selected animal
manures. Blended precisely to insure potency, composted
to maturity, and screened for purity, this product will
dramatically increase the fertility of your soil.
