Terms and Conditions
Check website or call any office for
the most current pricing. Many of our product lines are seasonal,
so it does pay to keep checking!
ORDERING
Orders can only be placed by phone, or in person with a sales associate.
TERMS
All orders are COD or pre-approved Sam
White and Sons charge account. A monthly finance charge
of 1.5% will be added 30 days after an invoice's due
date. Sam White and Sons reserve the right to change a
customer's credit limit or convert the customer to COD
at any time. Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00
fee.
Sam White and Sons does not accept
Credit Card payments on invoices charged to Sam White
and Sons' credit line. Credit card payments are accepted
as a method of payment at the time of purchase only.
SAM WHITE & SONS CHARGE ACCOUNT
Customers may be granted a line of
credit after approval of an application. These accounts
can be billed on either a monthly statement or a NET 30
basis. To apply for credit line call (508) 359-7291. Any
open account discrepancy needs to be brought to Sam
White & Sons management within 90 days. There is no
exception to this term. Customers who knowingly (or by
accident) charge to an incorrect account will be subject
to a $25.00 accounting fee.
PAYMENTS
We accept payment using MasterCard,
Visa, American Express, Cash or Check. Third party checks are not
accepted.
DELIVERY
Delivery of all products is available
throughout Eastern Massachusetts. Sam White and Sons offers
various sized trucks to accommodate different job sizes.
Flatbed trailer with a spider, ten wheeler with spider,
dump trailers, ten wheelers, and six wheelers are
available. Delivery charges apply depending on zoned
areas. Zones are indicated on this website. Any customer
concern must be communicated at the time of delivery,
and concerns documented on the delivery slip. All issues
that are greater than 24 hours old will not be
addressed. Buyers remorse is not grounds for a customer
refund.
SCHEDULED PICK UP
To save time, we offer a service called
Scheduled Pick Up. With adequate notice (lead time
varies depending on season) we will gladly stage masonry
materials for pick-up.
RETURNS
All returns must be accompanied by a
sales receipt and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Approval of returns is subject to the discretion of
management. Requests for returns must be made within 24 hours of
the original sale.
NOTE TO PURCHASER
We value your business and want you as
the customer to be satisfied with all our products and
services at Sam White & Sons. We welcome all comments
you have regarding our quality and services that haven
been provided to you. Concerns regarding quality or quantity must be made in writing on the sales order
the day of receiving your shipment of products. Sam White and
Sons will consider these rare situations on a case by
case basis, as there is no blanket refund policy in
place.

COUPONS
Please feel free to use our coupons
which you can download from this site. The terms of these
coupons are subject to change, and can be voided at
management's discretion, at any time without notice.
Generally only one coupon per month, per
household will be accepted. Coupons cannot be
used in combinations.
OUR
PRODUCT IMAGES
We believe that the images included on
this website are a true & fair representation of our
actual product. Obviously there can be significant color
changes to our product when it becomes wet. Our product
images were taken from dry newly-created product, that
were shot in natural daylight.

as the quality of your monitor!
